  • One registration allows only 1 participant to attend the conference. If co-author or family member would like to attend the conference, please register as the delegate. About the delegate registration, please click to make the quick registration and return us the payment email within 3 working days. The registration will be successful until receive the confirmation from the conference secretary | 1个注册只包含1个参会名额，如果共同作者或是家人想要参会，建议注册为参会代表。 关于参会代表注册，请直接点击完成注册。注册完成后，会议秘书会邮件通知您的注册是否成功。

  • Additional paper registration requires that two papers have the same FIRST authors | 额外注册文章优惠价的条件是文章有相同的第一作者。

  • Only the first author is student could enjoy student registration fee | 只有第一作者为学生，才能享受学生价注册。

  • The paper is limited to 15 pages, additional page is possible but will be charged 50 USD or 360 RMB/ per page。 文章超过15页，将收取360 元/页的超页费。

    • Exclusion of Liability：


  • The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application deny, riots, diseases or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.

    • Cancellation Policy:


  • 70% refund for cancellations received before and on January 10, 2027; an administrative fee of 30% registration fee will be applied.

  • NO REFUNDS for cancellation on and after January 10, 2027.

    • Conference Site Safety Policy：


  • For safety of your properties, please take good care of your belongings in the conference site. The organizer will not be held responsible for any damage or loss by way cause whatsoever. For the safety of participants and properties, please be sure to wear the conference badge in the conference period. And participants are not suggested to carry unrelated people into the conference rooms.
