Paper Submission is open. Welcome you to submit your full paper or abstract by Electronic Submission System. before December 20, 2023.

The official language is English. Please prepare your paper according to the attached paper template. And the submitted papers should be no less than 8 pages and there will be extra page fee（50 USD/360 RMB per page）if the paper is over 10 pages. The submission without enough content may lead to direct paper rejection in the preliminary review.
注册费包含了10页的出版费，超页会额外收取360元每页的超页费。

2. Paper Publication

All submitted papers will be sent to 2-3 peer reviewers for reviewing. And accepted and presented papers will be published into ICMLC 2024 International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM (ISBN: 979-8-4007-0923-4), which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus index, like the previous conferences.
如往届会议一样，被录用并报告的文章将发表到ICMLC 2024会议论文集 (ISBN: 979-8-4007-0923-4), 由ACM出版, 并提交Ei核心和Scopus检索。

3. Originality

Any act of plagiarism is totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. This is the responsibility of the author to check plagiarism before submitting the paper to ICMLC 2024 Conference. Further, submissions must not be concurrently under consideration for publication elsewhere. In the first round of paper review, the submitted papers will be checked plagiarism, including self-plagiarism. If any plagiarism is found, the paper will be rejected directly.
